Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. To return or exchange buyer must pay for return/exchange shipping cost incurred. 

For all Returns/Exchange  Buyer must request RMA #. Once RMA # is issued then buyer can ship the product back to us.

All returns without RMA # will be refused.

Its customers responsibility to ship the product back to us for Refunds.

All shoes must be returned in original box they came in and must not be worn or soiled. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. ShoeTimeStores is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do Not tape or put shipping labels on the original shoe box other wise 20% restocking fees will be applied.

Once the return is received and inspected by our shipping warehouse a refund will be issued within 24-48 business hours to the same form of original payment.

All returns shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Any order that was shipped and then cancelled or refused is subject to a return shipping deduction from refund.

Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order we can set up a return or exchange within 14 days upon receipt.

You can also Return/Exchange at one of our four store locations in Chicago with online receipt.

 

Return Policy for Defective Items

If your item appears to be defective please take a picture and email to our customer service. We will begin to assess if it is manufacture, shipping or missed by our Quality Control department. Case-by-case we will determine if truly defective or it’s from wear and tear. If shoe is truly defective we can send you a new pair or we will refund money based on customer request.
